Timelines & cancelling
RSVPing
We would appreciate RSVP's as soon as possible as we need to plan for y'all who are AIMING to attend. We know that some may not be able to attend after RSVPing so no worries if you need to do that. However, it is better for us if you say 'NO' now and change your mind to a 'YES' later than it is to do it the other way around. No response at all just makes our life harder and no-one wants that when planning a wedding in a foreign country during a pandemic. Even if you previously RSVP'd to the other website, we ask that you do it again. Click on the button the bottom of this page to take you to the HOME page. Scroll down toward the bottom of the HOME page where you can easily RSVP.
Bear in mind that timelines are in play to make deposits on the rates and concessions we have negotiated. Read on for that info!
Room Reservations
Rooms should be reserved by SEPTEMBER 30, 2021. AFTER THAT DATE, THE PROMO CODE WILL NOT BE VALID and you will end up paying more. In order to retain the negotiated concessions, it is very important that everyone books by SEPTEMBER 30, 2021 AND uses the promo code NPWNOV21XEC if booking from inside the USA and NPWNOV21XECROW if booking from outside of the USA. The promo code is valid for the period November 30-December 9 only. Before or after that, you're on your own!
NO DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM. YOU WON'T BE CHARGED UNTIL 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. YOU CAN CANCEL WITH A FULL REFUND UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL.
However, for the purposes of our planning, please RSVP (or, decline) ASAP.
Also, if you can please let us know when you book your room it will help us with planning.
Payment In Full
Payment in full is due 30 DAYS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. The card that you use to reserve your room will be automatically charged 30 days before your arrival. So, as WE plan on arriving on November 30, 2021 our card hit date is about October 30, 2021.
Cancellations
The cancellation policy is incredibly liberal as follows:
YOU CAN CANCEL UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL AND RECEIVE A 100% REFUND! I would note that this is the policy as of late JANUARY 2021. It would be wise to confirm that policy no later than SEPTEMBER 30, 2021 just in case they become less liberal as Covid recedes. We have no reason to anticipate that happening but, you know...
This awesome policy should make it very comfortable for you to book early in the knowledge that you are covered in case you need to cancel.
You can also purchase travel insurance that MAY mitigate a change of plans but, they are insurance companies and we all know what that means..
