How to book
Choose Your Room
Go to the resort rooms website page (link below) and peruse the room categories. We suggest the 'Excellence Club' level rooms of any description but it's up to you. Once you have decided, move to the next step.
When booking your room, please ensure you are actually booking the room you want because the names and descriptions are very similar. In short, if you want a club level room, the description of the room will have the words 'Excellence Club" in it.

The Booking Process
You need to book directly with the resort. You can call or you can book on the resort website but, either way, USE THE PROMO CODE:
TO BOOK ON THE WEBSITE:

2. Go to the booking engine at the bottom of your screen.
3. Enter the dates of your stay.
4. Enter the number of guests.
5. Enter the promo code NPWNOV21XEC if booking from inside the USA
5a. Enter the promo code NPWNOV21XECROW if booking from outside the USA. HOWEVER, PLEASE LET US KNOW WHAT RATE YOU ARE SEEING BEFORE YOU BOOK. WE HAVE HAD MANY ISSUES WITH BOOKINGS FOR FRIENDS OUTSIDE OF THE USA WITH CRAZY RATES ETC.
6. Click on CHECK AVAILABILITY
7. Ensure you get the message PROMOTIONAL CODE APPLIED on each room option
8. When completing your booking, in the COMMENTS box, please enter the promo code again.
9. Complete your booking.
REMEMBER, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL AND YOU CAN CANCEL WITH A FULL REFUND UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL. RESERVING EARLY WILL GET YOU THE BEST ROOMS WITH NO RISK!!

If you find that you need to adjust your reservation in any way, please call or email the resort directly via the contact info. For example, if you need to add a night to an existing reservation you may encounter problems adding it with the promo code on the resort website (the promo code is VERY important), so please call or email to ensure that you don't end up with 2 different reservations with all of the problems that can cause.

Book Your Flight
You need to fly into PUJ Airport (Punta Cana Intl. Airport).
You can find your own flight! We generally start with Kayak, Momondo, Kiwi, and Skyscanner to get a lay of the land. Then we move on to specific airlines and then check with AMX. We anticipate that flights will get more expensive as more people receive the Covid-19 vaccine and the economy recovers. So, you may wish to book your flight early and pay for the insurance just in case (we have already booked our flights and bought the insurance for $50 each (which we normally never do but, it's a different world right now).
If you are an AMX member, we have found that they often have access to the best fares and are excellent to boot. They have been especially great during the pandemic.
There are many airlines that service The Dominican Republic. Direct flights from the following places are ALLEGEDLY available: Amsterdam, Atlanta, Berlin, Boston, Brussels, Charlotte, Chicago, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Detroit, Hamburg, London, Madrid, Miami, Munich, New York, Ottawa, Paris, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Toronto, Washington, Zurich and a few other places.
Other than those cities, only connecting flights are available. But, please check as you know things change. If you are into frequent flier maximization, this may be a good opportunity for a decent mileage run to get some segments in.
